After the creation of the menu,
how to enter the menu ?
  • admin · 1 year ago
Set an inbound route to point to it that has no CID and no DID, then you can dial 7777 to enter the IVR.

How to change 7777 to 1000 for example ?

Thank you very much for tutorial

To enter to the menu, I dial 7777

    How to change this number?
  • admin · 1 year ago
Go to the Feature Codes module. Not sure why you would need to change that unless you want to use 7777 as an extension number
